miss linen closet in guest bath, walk in shower in master and very limited storage capacity for ladies make up, etc in master bath, and natural lighting is difficult but only a minor issue...
we were able to find solutions, but with these upgrades it would be perfect...

|Recommended: YesGreat Team And Community — Austin was very helpful since the beginning of the apartment hunting process. Most places I've been too have complex processes for application and poor services. However, Austin was able to assist through the process and now we are part of the Centennial Community
The maintenance staff is very timely and their internal work order system is impressive. Our unit just like others were only recently built and had some issues. But all it took to fix it was creating a ticket on their web portal and they get it assigned reviewed almost instantly. Then within 24 hours, we've had someone come over and take care of the issues.
Overall, it's been a great experience and would highly recommend this place for others.

Indigo is not doing a good job.
2 snows and they could have done better by hiring a bunch of toddlers with shovels.
All that hard work Hubble put into lawn and landscaping destroyed by awful snow removal. And we still have piles of snow blocking our cars in

|Recommended: YesChecks Off All Boxes — Moving to Centennial was probably the smoothest move-in I've ever had The property staff have very good communication and the build of the town-homes are great.
If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood with a house-like environment this is a perfect place for you
Hy-Vee and Aldi are 5-6 min drive away Kum Go Gas Station is right next to the community. Great strips of restaurants are within 5-6 mins away too
The community also has a dog park which is a great perk and hard to find around West Des Moines Waukee.
