Is there an application fee?

​Yes, the application fee is $70. (Pricing is subject to change.)

What leasing options are available?

​Our leases are typically 12 months, but we do offer a variety of options. Contact us for more details. 

What is an individual lease? Do you offer individual leases & co-living?

​We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?

​Yes, you can request a specific apartment! And yes, we can hold an apartment for up to 24 hours once the lease is submitted and completed.

Are utilities included?

​Residents are responsible to pay their own utilities. 

Is renter's insurance required? (Add details, how much, what kind.)

​Yes, renter's insurance is required. The amount is $300,000.00 individual renter for a personal renter's policy.

Can the apartment be listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

​Apartments cannot be listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

What happens if I need to move out before my lease expires?

​Leases are locked into the contract that you sign before you move in, you'll need to reach out to the leasing office to discuss this in depth if needed. 

Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?

​Yes, the security deposit is $1000. And yes, the entire deposit is refundable as long as the apartment is left in the condition it was when residents move in. 

What schools serve the community?

​Public schools near Centennial Crossing include Maple Grove Elementary, Waukee Middle School, Prairieview School, and Waukee Senior High School 

Are apartments cable ready? If so who is the provider? Is there a separate charge?

​Apartments are cable ready. Residents may contract with local providers for service. 

What is the smoking policy?

​We are pleased to be a smoke-free community. All smoking is prohibited in all locations on the premises, including, but not limited to, apartments, patios, parking lots, garages, green spaces, and common areas.

Do you allow pets?

We are a pet-friendly community and welcome your furry friends. We do collect pet fees and a monthly pet rent and city-based breed restrictions apply. Refer to our Pet Policy or contact us for further details.  

What is the parking situation?

​We have two-car garages available with private entry. 

When were these apartments built?

These new townhomes were built in 2020 and opened in the spring of 2021.

What type of flooring do the apartments have?

​Townhomes feature plank-style flooring in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. 

Are the apartments furnished?

​No, our apartments are unfurnished, waiting for your personal touch and style choices.

What kind of kitchen appliances are in the apartment?

​Our contemporary urban-style kitchens feature granite countertops, and designer appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, electric range, microwave, and disposal. 

Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartment? What kind?

​For your convenience, each townhome has its own washer/dryer setup.

Is there a bathtub or just a shower?

​Bathrooms are equipped with a tub/shower combination setup.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

​Yes! We want you to be comfortable year-round.

Is the apartment set up for working remotely?

​Yes. High-speed internet is available and a second or third bedroom works perfectly as an office setup.
